Considering that I quite like their ‘all round’ product qualities (games selection, no download necessary etc.) and aim to promote Betsafe soon too, I agree with you on the Aff support issue. Even though I believe I must have an Aff manager, I never heard of him or her. On another note, they don’t try to make you feature their products where they wish.
However, I’ve asked for support twice in the last 3 weeks and received not one mail in return. Not sure about the support not being aware of their own promotions though.
I’ve been checking with my players, and they all clean the browser cookies and open the account before downloading any software, and the stats show the clicks, but no sign ups and deposits.
So do you know for sure they’ve signed up and/or deposited as well? If yes, then that would worry me. I’ll try contacting them again with my quarrels and hope for a response.

I actually asked for the contact of my affiliate account manager, and they told me I didn’t have one, and they would only give assistance through the support email.
I am pretty my players did it right, also because I’ve a guided channel to open the account correctly, as you can see here:

Also, I opened my account a few months ago,and I wasn’t able to retrieve the $5,50 automaticaly through their system, and some of my players yesterday told me that the system still not working.
It’s really a shame such a good product to be so badly managed with such a bad support. It’s like betsson is running betsafe, but they don’t care much but launching new promotions.

The real commission is under 20% and conversion is very low compared to other netent casinos. I don’t trust the casino too.
