InactiveI hate quotas, you never know what can happen in your life.
I won’t promote any program with quotas.

gokkenMemberQuotas are just a nice way of saying we can steal rightful commissions from affiliates.

ii. you are required to promote Centrebet on your website and maintain a reasonable level of coverage of Centrebet on your website throughout the term of this agreement. Removal of Centrebet promotional material from your website will signify your immediate termination as a Centrebet Partner. And what’s next? A retroactive minimum placement requirement.
If Centrebet can’t convert traffic sent to their site, who’s fault is that, certainly not yours or affiliates.
Legally, I don’t know if these terms would stand up in court. I think it would be a interesting test case on programs who retrocactively changed T&C’s to steal commissions like this!!!
Screw Centrebet, far better places to promote (with no quotas) than greedy gits like this!

Yep, and not only do we have no control over how well the place converts, we most certainly have no control over whether players are “in good standing”, whatever they interpret that to mean.

tonywangMemberI got the same email from them yesterday, though it wasn’t as surprising as the email I received from them just over 1 year ago:
The Centrebet business has recently been taken over by Sportingbet and this agreement will come into force 1st January 2012.
As a result the Centrebet Affiliate Program will close its door on the 31st December to all Affiliates promoting to regions outside of Australia.
So the recent termination is not surprising for anyone not focused on the Australian market.
