InactiveTrace route the IPs find out if they are part of a honey pot or if they are legit hits.
Then set up a country redirect script like Power Redirector or you should be able to find numerous out there with the features you want. They will look at IPs from a site like maxmind.com which updates daily. You can then redirect any country where you would like it to go …

The problem is they are going directly to the poker room and not thru the site.

You’re saying they’re going right to the poker room without visiting your website, correct?
If they aren’t visiting your site there is no way for you to traffic the traffic. For all you know someone in China posted an affiliate link with your tag in it.
Have you asked the poker room for traffic details? Some programs show the page the visitor came from.

They gave me the ip addresses and I tracked them back to the country side. I wish that they had copied the link to the asian poker room

Inactivetitus, I would try to get more info from the poker room and see if something could be done to redirect that traffic. It seems to me that the first thing you need to do is find out exactly where these people are clicking from.
