Hi everyone ,
I got email from one of my players on Tuesday and here is what he wrote along with THREE screen shots.
I have had an issue come up with Riche’s on a win on Witches Cauldron.
I hit the max hand with max bet and the payout was not right.
I enclosed some photos for you to look at.
As you can see in on the payout screen the payout should have been 15000 times bet which should have been $75000 but the payout I received was for only $20000.Today he replied to me that Rich casino Said it was a typo and should have been 4000 x bet and the payout was correct for the 20K.I checked Rome casino and they do have 15,000 coins on the jackpot.Pretty sad for my player to get $55,000 less than he was expecting.

Puhhh…its difficult with screenshots these days. Photo shop can change almost everything.
But on the other hand…Riches Casino hmmm! I mean its Topgame!
