I need to send a DMCA (I think that’s what they call them). But how do I set one out or can I download a generic form from somewhere?

Just to update.
Turns out someone forgot to email me regarding a refurbishing site re-design.
As such, is using some hot-linked images. In addition to content, (so I’ve been told) as page holders.Wait, hot linking images as a holder is bs? that excuse sounds like crap, so I copy your site, and when you call I say dont worry, Its just somthing I threw up while I build my real site?

Difference here Mr Smarty Pants, unlike your claimed cloning fiasco, which looked a lot like you and your side-kick trying to kill off this new competition.
Here, it’s word for word copy bot scrapping, coding and hot linked images all taken and used on a customised (bespoke) WP theme under development, BIG difference.

Yep that about explains it.
Which of course I fired that back in an email when I was given this excuse.IDK, maybe there was a communication break down between my business partner and his web development guy. And the review pages (on rawfunkgames.net.au) were supplied as a lay-out GUIDE only – that is how a casino review is presented.
Instead, by studying the two sets of coding, it looks like the web dev guy used a copy bot.
Another reason this place-holder excuse doesn’t add up is if it was just used as a place place-holder as claimed, why re-spin bits of the text and add bit too. Anyway, as I said, someone forgot to send me an email to advise me of the refurbish re-design of freeaussiepokies.com and because I was not kept in the loop, this was the outcome.

Zuga, your site uses a theme (lay-out design) which is available to anyone to purchase. Which will always run the risk of someone elses site looking similar. What I find hard to grasp in your case, is if it bothers you this much, why you didn’t opt to have a bespoke (a custom designed) lay-out theme.
If this was the case and you found someone who had a copied you customised design, in the same niche as yourself, then you’d you’d probably have a valid complaint.
In my case, while I too use a generic theme lay-out, most of it has been custom modified, so too has the review pages, buttons and images. Not withstanding the reviews themselves which use identical word for word clones of my copyright pages, in addition to hot-linking buttons too.
In your dispute, I could not find any of your copyrighted material used on this other persons site. If I had, I’d have taken completely different view.
Reiterating, if you want individuality, don’t use a generic theme available to everyone else, simple!
