Hi Caseym,
You refer to old T&Ms which are still present on GuardDog. They are not valid anymore and will shortly be updated.
T&Ms as described for CAP which include offering of first 3months special 50% and further 35% flat lifetime commission, is what we offer exclusively to CAP affiliates. If you have signed up with us from another affiliate organization we can not re-register you as CAP affiliate and in such case you are eligible to T&Ms related to organization from where you have signed with us.
Some generic information common for any affiliate organization offers:
We do not use negative balance carry over, and we do not void affiliate earnings. There is min. limit of payment which can be made to affiliates monthly and this is basically cost of payment processing from our casino cashier side. This varies from between 25-50usd. We can not make 5usd payment to affiliate if cost of the payment processing is 25usd.
Any positive balance lower than the monthly payment processing limit is basically rolled over to the following month balance and accumulates for given affiliate.

7.4 AUTOMATIC TERMINATION BY LUCKYWINAFFILIATES (IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE)
If Your Affiliate Cashier Account is Inactive, Your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, %u201CInactive” means where (i) You have not generated sufficient Affiliate Accruals to trigger a payment into Your Affiliate Cashier Account or You have not cashed out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player Account) for one-hundred-and-eighty-three (183) days or more; or (ii) You have failed to respond to any verification mails sent to You within a reasonable time, as determined solely by LuckyWinAffiliates. Where automatic termination occurs, any funds remaining within Your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to LuckyWinAffiliates.
All Affiliate Accruals generated through Your Payment Plan will be paid into Your Affiliate Cashier Account within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month. LuckyWinAffiliates may impose reasonable restrictions on the frequency and amounts that can be cashed out of Your Affiliate Cashier Account for administrative convenience and/or to protect the security of Your account. In the event, the balance due to you is carried over for a period of three (3) consecutive months AND the balance due to you does not exceed US $50 during this period, then the amount due to you will be voided and cancelled, and LuckyWinAffiliates has the right to terminate your affiliate agreement.
