Just update your sitemap with the additional urls. Google will recrawl it..

CristianR25 – what are you using to create your sitemaps?
Have a website we can check out?
You can also have multiple sitemaps, on one of my sites I have one for the frontend which is all wordpress and another for the forum which is vbulletin. I know there are some ways to tie them together but I went the multiple route with no ill side effects.

Not trying to get too technical… but just curious why you would have multiple sitemaps? Is it more beneficial for your site somehow?

It’s easier and there is no penalty for doing it. No benefit other than ease.
