Migrating Your Domain Name With Ease & Without Penalty

I hope I never have to worry about this
(maybe I should be worried now)

When they say “based on a .com domain name and therefore targeting US traffic” I assume that also extends to .org .net .info etc. as opposed to .uk .de .lv

Anyone know??
