Hi,
After 3 months I finally reached the minimum for a cash out but I did not receive the payment yet. I’ve sent the request form more than a week ago asking my account manager to let me know if everything is ok but I haven’t receive any answer anymore (I’ve sent a couple of emails).
Since this is my first payment and I have these problems getting this small amount of money who knows if I’m starting to earn more.
Can someone take care of my problem please?
Thanks

February 17, 2012 at 11:34 pm #821568bobkogonMemberThanks.
Hope this is not the normal pattern for the payments because I really hate when I did not get paid on time and my emails are being read but I get no answer.

As you know, our Head of Affiliates has been in touch with you directly in this regard and has explained everything to you in private. From your correspondence with him, it is clear that that two of you have reached an understanding and that there is no longer a payment issue.
Please acknowledge.
Thanks

It seems there was a mistake in calculating my commissions and I’ll be paid the entire sum next month (together with the Feb earnings). The problem is solved now.
Thanks all
February 22, 2012 at 9:17 pm #821779AnonymousInactiveGreat to hear that everything got resolved for you. My rep had written me back asking if I knew your username but I was out of town and didn’t get the email until Monday.

Most partners will pay, many do pay late. In eight years I am experiencine my first real problem of not getting paid, but you need to understand this is part of the business we are in. Its a gambling business and sometimes getting paid can be a gamble as well.

I know that is possible but I will not work with any of these programs. One time can happen a mistake, two or more times … stop promoting who don’t pay.
I’ve read a lot of cases where even big site owners get scammed by some affiliates and most of the times they have never get their commissions or they’ve get it after months of negotiations so I don’t want this. Gambling is not my only income so I can live without the casino revenue as well.
Anyway, there are still a good number of affiliates that pay on time and without any problem and I will continue to promote them if the situation does not change.
March 6, 2012 at 6:11 pm #822194bobkogonMemberCan someone tell me please from which email you receive the Winner Aff payments ( via Moneybookers) ?
I have received a couple of payments today that I don’t know who made them and I want to post it here if one of them is from Winner.
Thanks
