I believe VIP support is #1 – they want to be taken care of in the same manner they would be if they were in Las Vegas or another destination. It is not unheard of for online casinos to offer private jet charters, celebrity meetups, and other exclusive benefits to big online players. Anyone can offer high stake games and high limits, but the personalized service and environment is what really counts.
I believe Fortune Affiliates are one of the stronger groups when it comes to retaining and developing high-rollers.
