InactiveYou may want to reach out to Andreea. She’s been helpful to me in the past and maybe she can offer suggestions.

LadyHoldemMemberThere is nothing they can do…..They set up the program commissions based on stakes instead of revenue.
I’ll be speaking to the guys at Sky and ask that they suggest Income Access donate their fees (I believe approx 5% of total commission of all affiliates within the program) to charity for this month, as they should forfeit their earnings for such a bad f**k up.

InactiveHi Josh,
We completely understand how frustrating this situation is; you are correct that the commission structure was set up on wagers rather than the industry standard of net revenue. Irrespective of this being an industry standard criteria basis, Sky Vegas Net Revenue was the agreed-upon basis for the commission structure deal. As mentioned, this commission set up has only affected a handful of affiliates that were added to this commission group and we have personally been calling and writing to these affiliates informing them of our honest mistake.
We are committed to working with you and we will give you another call to discuss strategies to increase your performance for the Affiliate Hub program.

InactiveSounds like a mistake was indeed made – and to no fault at all of the affiliates. Possibly as a token of good will IA could send each affiliate affected a gift of some sorts to keep relationships in order.
