It depends if the cookie is still on their machine.. I think* most programs have around 1yr cookie for tracking, but the user may clear cookies in which case it probably wont track to you.
But.. if the user makes a second account, usually the casino will ban him anyway.. from what Ive heard..

Dom is very correct. In the backend of the casino admin, your playerid, is attached to an advertiser.
If you signed up for a new player id, your account be flagged as fraudulent – because of multiple accounts (even if you use different email addresses).
ok cool, thanks guys, would this maybe explain why i have had quite alot of downloads that never registered an account, seems a little weird that you would download a casino and not register, unless they click on a link within the site thinkin its too another page but the download box comes up, i did this through one of my links by accident and i didnt download, i hit cancel, but it showed as a download
