Rumours have been circling wildly about the Cake Poker Network being in serious financial trouble and unable to cover player balances. Obviously this could mean that any outstanding affiliate payments are in jeopardy. We have already had several affiliates complain about their affiliate payments from certain Cake skins either being severely delayed or gone unpaid.
We will break more news on this topic as more information is obtained. Read more about this in the meanwhile on the TwoPlusTwo forums via the following thread:
Official CakePoker Feedback Thread – Page 533 – Internet Poker – Online Poker Forum
If you are an affiliate promoting Cake Poker or any of their respective skins and have any information regarding this matter, please update this thread.
Even i am also thinking how would you justify that all this news are rumours because i found it everywhere like on face book, social networking sites and on some Blog Article as well.

InactiveAnother yet-to-be-confirmed rumor is Doylesroom is set to announce they are leaving Cake…

InactiveFrom what I understand Cake has been in steady decline for the 1-2 years. They are looking to add liquidity to their network, but at the same time trying to protect their players.
I hope the Cake rumours are untrue, from my experience with them, they are good guys, and their software is fantastic.

Why, do you promote them heavily in poker?
Does their sportsbook convert?

Ditto! I actually really like the software and playing there PLUS really like the team….There is a light they called to book a stand at LAC this morning, only problem was we were sold out :smoker:

InactiveGuess this explains why Doyles hasn’t been able to process a withdrawal for the past week.

Even so, I would of thought Cake would of been the first to secure a stand. Leaving it until 5 days before the conference starts doesn’t sound very organized to me.
Their stand is usually massive as well.

The Doylesroom download hasn’t worked on the site since the 7th of Jan. OBV their split from Cake isn’t going as smooth as the Sportbook.com move to Merge.

We just started pushing them in poker and doing decent and yes the sportsbook turns over very well but our main top earner is the casino. Intertops is our top earning program now for years and I highly recommend them
