    I Have always been paid by them – In fact they are one of the first to pay at the beginning of the month.
    (could it be the way you are writing to him the reason he doesn’t want to write back?)

    this is after 4 emails that i sent, he answered that (with this answer he didnt say anything basically) . i also heard that they are the first when it comes to pay their affiliates thats why is weird that he didnt answer yet and didnt get the money.

    With all due respect, CWC is a good lot and you will definitely get paid.

    Send an e-mail to affiliates(@)casinoaffiliateprograms.com or PM me here if you don’t hear back by the first week of January and someone from our end will get involved to ensure you are paid and the communication issue is resolved. I am not certain, but they are likely closed for the holidays, and that is why I suggest giving it until early January.

    thanks, i know they are trustful and at the emd i will get the payment. is just weird why id dont get a response so i felt i need to do something to speed up this process.

    thanks for the help i will send an email to the adress you provided,
    someone can help and tell me how to delete or hide this thread for now?

    Ok this is a little confusing for me as I have two names that I have had emails from which I think is the same person, one is John the other Adam.

    But as we have been in weekly contact since the start of the month with emails from me on December 7th, 13th, 15th and 20th I wonder why you think this will speed up the process?

    If for any reason there is an issue with your payment then I will get it sorted out. As you se from the comments above we have a pretty decent reputation among affiliates and that is something that has been earned over the last 6 years online.

    Staffing is at a minimum right now on the non-player facing front (due to Christmas and the new year) so it might take me a couple more days to sort out, but I will get you an answer. I understand it’s inconvenient but as soon as I can I will get the answer for you.

    In the meantime, I hope you all had a great Xmas and all the best for the New Year. :capmiami:

    i just want an answer on where my money is, you are 2 months late with my payment, at least you can take the 2 minutes to answer to every email that i send.

    As Martyn mentioned they are running on short staff at the moment due to the holidays. I would learn to be a bit more patient and not burn my bridges to soon.

    Yeh we scammed you, you caught us out, I’m sorry.

    You funds will be cleared off this month. We have no reason to scam you or any other affiliate, we would get nowhere scamming you for the amount of money that is involved here.

    I understand it’s late, we have been in communication throughout this though, so to say such a thing is a little baffling to me. :dontget:

    man why do you think that you can allow yourself to talk like that after you are late 2 months with my payment and you still didnt give me the reason of why its late (thats thats all i asked to know ) and was so hard to answer (well still didnt get the asnwer) and also stop saying that you were in contact because you was not in contact you just sent 3 times “im checking into it” and still you are not telling a concrete answer about why the money was not sent for 2 months .
    i would like to know how you would feel if someone hold your money that you worked for it.

    I usually speak to them on MSN.. usually quite fast and accommodating… but then, Im usually not out to tear anyones face off..

    I am pretty much always available on Skype or MSN. I’m here now.

    I answer here as I am directed to it for one by other affiliates and I also receive a notification of a post. If I dont answer things will escalate into something that doesnt resemble the situation.

    The reason for the lateness is that our accounts team (so not a one man business) have been investigating the affects of the the seizure of funds from eWalletXpress. As a result this has hit our affiliates based on the revenue that has never been received.

    I didnt have any relevant information to give you up until late last week and even then I didnt have any figures. You sir, have not been hit by this which is why I told you that your funds will be sent. Even if you don’t want them, you’re getting them.

    I’m not a smartass, just a normal guy doing a job, it just gets me when people post out of context messages on forums such as your scamming comment. It’s often the way with forums so it’s something you grow used as time goes on…it’s just frustrating. So I apologise if you feel I was out of order, it wasnt meant to be a ****ty remark but I can see now how it looks. For those who know me I try look on the lighter side of life and sometimes that doesnt always translate well on forums. :banger:

    An official statement on this will be posted and emailed so everyone has the information.

    Perhaps the issue is that CWC has joined the Rivals in passing processor losses on to affiliates.

    I have no idea what this complaint is actually about, and I agree that KGBcasinos is lacking in diplomacy and manners.

    CWC has always been a forthright program, and I trust them to not do anything underhanded.

    However, personally I do have to take measures to alleviate the blow of them having decided to pass the processing losses on to affiliates. It is not possible for me to give high value exposure on my site to a place that cannot pay for it, for whatever reason.

    Hopefully this will rectify itself and I will be able to return them to the better spots they have held thus far.
