If you want nice stuff like Geo-targetting and keyword targeting the OpenX is great. The only downside is over the years it has become very bloated. Personally, I’d like to see a light version of OpenX with out all the campaign and accounts stuff in – that would be ideal for peeps like us. That said, I do still recommend it.
