too bad they amended it to not allow full tilt, poker stars and ub to be able to obtain licenses. and the way it looked those are just the big names they mentioned, it sounded like any site still allowing US players is “purposely disobeying the law” and will be denied the oportunity to be licensed should this be signed into law.
