I don’t know, but I’m not the only one on this forum who has been ripped off by this person. Others have posted in my other thread who gave up getting what they paid for or refunded.
Now I just want to warn others!

Ok, I have reviewed and banned this poster.
Guys, when you need to make yourself heard about another poster, use the little exclamation mark up top the post to alert mods and admin to the problem. It lets you put in a reason for your complaint too and will make things happen a lot faster.
Also, see the little scales up top? You can click on these and “ding” someone’s reputation.
If that is abused I will go after the abuser, but if there is a legitimate cause like here, it is a good tool to warn other people.
Positive reputations show up green, negative ones are red.
CAP has a lot of features that let you be heard loudly when something unacceptable occurs.
Just use them sparingly and wisely so we can keep them up. Dinging someone just because you are angry about something they said is not acceptable.
Re. this poster, he has been a CAP member for years without complaints. I guess he turned rogue, and the ban is permanent. However, he can try to submit proof of how he met his obligations to you and pay up. In that case we would consider the case again, and post to ask for your input.

I wish he would meet his obligations but after more than 2 years it is very doubtful!
