Harrah’s and the iGaming Legal Battle

I haven’t heard about Harrah’s in this vein, in quite some time. I guess they are still lobbying hard. Wasn’t it MGM (in U.S.) that opened an online casino in the U.K. (only) ? Couldn’t Harrah’s do the same to tap into the European market ?
