I too will be moving relevant banners and links!
Did you discover this yourself or, was you informed by the providers?

InactiveThey just disappeared… no notification of any kind.
Some places the links redirect to Manhattan slots – and CWC says they have not bought the casinos nor do they intend to, but it appears that there is an affiliate account with CWC.
So I guess they closed shop and are sending their traffic to an aff account…
So far no one has been able to establish communication…

LucretiaMemberremember the pitbull poker case when PB closed shop and put on a banner page?
casino rewards closed that affiliate account as they did not want to identify themselves with big AH and asked to remove their links ………….
CWC probably does not care……..[they do care, my bad]

:wow:
OK here we go again. As I said in AGD, our banners were one of the first to be removed from that Pitbull Casino site and if you really paid attention to that, you would know about that. I can’t find the threads right now as I have better things to do that hunt out a thread from 2009 to prove how I acted back then.
Anyways, your comment “CWC probably does not care……..” has no basis and serves only one purpose, to try and fuel a fire that is just not there. I’m not going to get into a mud slinging contest with you, I have no desire to, you can play your game and I will play mine.
I will conduct my investigation and act appropriately and you can be happy that you got a reaction to your post.
As I have said over at AGD and Casinomeister I will update them when I know more.

You are right : I was in a bad mood and a bit blinded by a glass of wine or 2, I should not have posted that negative comment.

InactiveFrom the aff site:
Dear First Gaming Partner Affiliate,
Unfortunately the Rival gaming platform hasn’t lived up to our expectations over the past few months.
Because of continued and prolonged processing problems you might have seen your conversion ratios
and player values erode. We had no other option, but to drop Rival. We sincerely hope that Rival will
continue honoring their affiliate commitments as they have done in the past. Your players will be able
to continue playing on the sytem and thus you will continue receiving checks from them. However
we ask you not to send further traffic to our front page.We wish you continued success in your affiliate endeavors.
Best regards,
First Gaming Partners Team

InactiveAnd here is the latest:
Dear Affiliate,
You may have noticed some disruption at Vanguard Casino and SlotPower.com | Online Slot Machines and Casino. Due to a business dispute we have moved the domains to Vanguard Casino and SlotPower.com | Online Slot Machines and Casino and you can reach our affiliate site at First Gaming Partners – Online Casino Affiliate Program. In order to ensure proper tracking, please update your affiliate links to the .co.uk domain for each affiliate link.
We extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience and possible malicious intent that our previous marketing partners may have caused. The casino operator, Bonne Chance NV, was given no warning or indication that its marketing partners were planning to redirect traffic from its primary operating URLs. As the casino operator, Bonne Chance NV will continue to maintain and manage both casino sites as it has done in the past. All player and affiliate payments will be made as scheduled and going forward it will be business as usual for all existing and new players.
As a sign of our appreciation of your understanding we will extend an additional $25 CPA for every new depositing player (wagers and deposits $50 or more) you bring in between May 12th and June 31st, 2010.
A new management team has been assigned and can be reached at [email protected]
Best Regards,
First Gaming Affiliate Support

No problem, thanks for posting this.
If I sounded a little blunt to this was down to a long day fending off questions regards our involvement in this and whether or not we had bought them, my apologies.

eatmystack.co.ukMemberIf you click through to the new redirect to the UK site, it still shows as Rival.
I think you guys are not following along properly. I believe they are saying the note you quote from the affiliate website saying they were having problems with Rival is a FAKE (I never got that note emailed to me) and was done by malicious people (whoever they are) to destroy their business. If you click original Affiliate website it now only says IT WORKS!!! in the top right corner. Looks like it got taken over somehow.
This seems to be ongoing with these guys (2nd time this has happened I believe).
The 2nd Note you quote in this thread from them is the one I received from them by email that they were trasfering to a UK site and increasing the CPA.

InactiveFrom what I can gather Rival has taken over ownership of these casinos.
Most likely they will find a new operator for them.
