jackybetMemberVery Good Read.
They have had many shady activities in the past few years. They are famous for stripping your players.

briboutMemberi have heard bad things about them in the past, guess it is right

volonetMemberThe funny thing about bookmakers is a lot of the top sports betting affiliate sites promote both them and DSI as their main sportsbooks. I recently asked to have my large negative carry over removed so that I could continue to promote them and they refused with a very rude email, so needless to say they are not on my favorites list.

WineGuyMemberI got an email today from DSI saying they ditched the minimum player stipulation, and replaced it with a $200 minimum for payout. :clapper:
Seems like DSI did the right thing here.
Did you guys get this email?August 28, 2010 at 12:37 pm #811894Anonymous
InactiveThat’s cool! Quota’s don’t have a place in this industry. They are predatory and just not acceptable.

Fourth, I was away so it is quite possible they phoned me. But when I came home there was no message on my answering machine or cell phone. Furthermore, I received no emails, emails I always make sure to check on a regular basis. The longest I went without checking emails was a week, regardless there was none. (…)This kinds of unfair commercial practices are not acceptable. You promoted these sportsbooks for over 6 years and suddenly your traffic is bad and ban your account… This is not acceptable.

InactiveWell, now that they have changed their T&Cs to the better, maybe they can look at Antoine’s case again and reconsider….

Eva_BetwayMemberI received the $200 minimum email from DSI as well, but nothing from Bookmaker. They are currently holding (stealing) $2,000 of my commission because I do not have 10 active players. Mind you I have over 50+ players over the last few years. These guys are real creeps and it is sad to see them flush a good rep down the toilet with this blatant greedy act.

InactiveLet’s see if we can do something here…

Ask ( is it Christine? ) to send your $2K to your DSI account… I think they did something similar with me ages ago because Betcris stopped taking US players.

Eva_BetwayMemberChrisitne works in the deoartment but the new guy is Keith and he is the one re’implementing this silly rule. I doubt they will transfer to the other book, because it is affiliate money and not player money.

Eva_BetwayMemberI had a chat with the affiliate manager. He told me , essentially, that they are trying to get rid of the bottom affiliates and make the others work harder. He said, not in exact words, that Bookmaker has become a big dog on block and can call the shots. He laughed, he scoffed, he was very arrogant. They are simply following the age old “too big for britches” cliche. I told them to keep my 1500-2000 ($) as it is worth it to know what kind of company I was dealing with and distance myself. Obviosuly a company that changes rules midway through the race. I had been with them as affiliate since 2007 with no problems before now. Go ahead, email this guy. He is really full of himself: [email protected]

kathrynMemberJust when you didn’t think it could get worse:
Now (unless pending technical errors) you cannot even access “player balance” or “player open bets” in their stats.
It’s been like this all day and I hope it doesn’t stay like this because this is one less way of knowing if your stats are honest. If stats stay this way, watch out, their doing it for a reason (which we know what that is.)
This is so not cool
Also Added: How hard do they expect you to work with/ for them? I’m not a big affiliate but I send them consistently about 100 visitors a month of organic seo traffic, and my conversions are terrible, I’m lucky if I get one sign-up every few months and one conversion every 5-6 months (I’m not exaggerating this either.)

You can pretty much consider BM and DSI company to be crooks at this point. They have simply made up their minds that affiliates are second class citizens. They steal from affiliates and have been lying to them for years now. If anybody reading this continues to work with DSI or CRIS or Bookmaker after this point, I am going to go ahead and get the “I told you so” out of the way now. I told you so. They are going to rip you off. They don’t care anymore..

kathrynMemberWell, scew them now, I know all the prepaid visa and mastercards that work w/ their processor each and every time. I’m going to report them to the CC companies, and I’m going to get as many people as I can to report their WU and MG receivers on a daily basis, it’s a thought I had about 8 months ago, so I’ve been collecting data. I already asked WU if I video capture me logging into their site and requesting a WU receiver and forwarding it to them they can shut that receiver down immediately, so its time to fight back.
Seriously, I can’t do this myself but if we get a small handful of people to relentlessly do what I said above we can shut them down.. Especially on the WU and MG, … but I imagine that most people deposit w/ prepaid gift cards, and I already have these transactions saved, it only takes a few emails on this one.
