    Although live casinos started as a solution for the Asian market I think they are definitely picking up speed in the European market too. The key for the European market is for them not to be too cheesy and for the dealer to be knowledgeable and friendly, for the Asian market you need to make sure you have items like a live TV in the background to ensure integrity in their eyes

    We’ve promoted a few Live Dealer functions – they are still very much a minor part of the business through in terms of betting throughput and volume.

    I think honesty is key, the main thing is to allow time for late bets and make sure that if a bet is not allowed, then tell the customer early in order to keep transparency…
