voodoomanMembermultirake I thought your issue was explained to you in one of your other threads.
You are not going to get any sympathy by spamming this forum with your anti Tower Affiliates bull.

InactiveI guess it’s because it’s christmas today and you think no one will be here?
You still think you will get support from affiliates here because someone isn’t paying you for players you stole from us?
David Visser: ok – how did he come through that affiliate?
[9/23/2009 6:25:46 PM] David Visser: did he not clear cookies?
[9/23/2009 6:25:57 PM] Bruno: I am not sure
[9/23/2009 6:26:04 PM] Bruno: he has been playing for 1-2 months
[9/23/2009 6:26:12 PM] Bruno: and his bonus was finished
[9/23/2009 6:26:15 PM] Bruno: i contacted tom
[9/23/2009 6:26:20 PM] Bruno: he said to contact you
[9/23/2009 6:26:24 PM] Bruno: since you deal with bonuses
[9/23/2009 6:26:31 PM] Bruno: and he said the player is not tracked to me
[9/23/2009 6:27:19 PM] David Visser: ok switched – but if that affiliate says somthing I will switch him back – I always play fair – for all partiesThis player clearly did not belong to you, he belonged to another affiliate and apparently didn’t “clear his cookies” as instructed. Maybe he had a conscience?
Ongame doesn’t allow rake back, and we affiliates don’t like to have our players stolen.
Don’t come crying here. Even if someone stole your profits, you stole the player you are profiting from and it’s a mute case IMO.
Since it’s Christmas today, the phrase “divine intervention” comes to mind.
Have a merry Christmas.

jackybetMemberI agree with a majority on what Dominique said however maybe the player only agreed to play again if under another ones package?

InactiveI would assume he would have cleared his cookies as instructed then.
he has been playing for 1-2 months
Looks like he was happy until approached by a rakeback guy…
Unfortunately the poker scene is full of predators preying on good players who are playing with bonuses instead of rakeback. Our players are stolen every day, and the above shows that even if you stick with advertising a poker room that does not allow rakeback, you still end up stolen from.
Sorry, but given the above I just cannot lend support. I will support any valid claim from an affiliate, but I will not support a thief. It’s not his money to start with, and Tower should pay it to the original affiliate instead. (It’s not theirs to keep either). It is the original affiliate who lost out here, and s/he has my support.
