What do you think of 888 casino, their software & affiliates sites (lucky ace, suprocasino)?

I’m debating on whether to include them in our list of reviewed sites, especially due to 888’s previous history and Lucky Ace’s spam/account lockouts…

Any comments, grievances, things you want to get off your chest?

    Much obliged…

    I am torn…

On the one hand this is a powerful brand and they convert well plus have casino, poker and sportsbetting which I personally appreciate a lot in a brand.

On the other hand, they are a really tough bunch of people to work and negotiate deals with. I would like to do more with them but then again don’t have the faith really. This is about 888 themselves, Lucky Ace and other brands I can’t really comment on. I know some of them but there is no active working relation.

I think all in all I can say, they need to be handled “with care” if you know what I mean.

If you want to be super save, I wouldn’t touch them because their Ts & Cs (plus changes of them) are not too nice from what I hear and read here on a regular basis…

On top of that, all the players we refer there… they win for some reason… what a lucky bunch ;)

888 is very popular. but their negative carryover makes me crazy. and unfortunately my players are not highrollers.
IMHO they can perform more better, I stopped to push 888.
Luckyace + supro will give a try.

One thing I know for sure is 888 has spectacular player retention. A lot of customers I’ve referred several years ago are still playing. Yes, I’ve also experienced more winners than at other casinos, but the retention and brand awareness still place them in the top casino brands.

gamblingbutler, perhaps you just need another account manager. We’re happy to make an intro if it helps.

Thanks but my statement is not based upon experience with just one guy, I have dealt with 4 or 5 and 888 is your typical mega brand that like to do stuff their way. The aff managers are not the problem in my opinion. So, I know who to approach in case we want to give it another try ever ;)
