I like the overall design. Easy to read and navigate. I like how the millionaires sticks out in the logo. I like the newsletter subscription that is at the bottom. Building your list is extremely important.

A few things that don’t look right to me are the small banners in the middle section. There is a vertical line to the right of the rightmost banner. I am not sure if that section is supposed to scroll right if you add more banners. If not, I would remove that last vertical lign and space out the banners evenly with just 3 vertical lines between the 4 banners. For that section too, I would make the bonus text brighter because those are the selling points. You could even just make just the dollar amounts brighter to stick out. Should help conversion. In the bottom of the front page where you have your bonuses listed, the text in the headers is aligned to the top a little too much. I would push it down. Also you might want to change the white text there. On the very right box the white text goes over the background image of cards and it makes it hard to read. You could go with a gold and it might help it pop out more. For the left box I would resize the casino.com banner. It looks to be static, so you could easily change it’s size in photoshop. Also it is linking to mansion and not casino.com.

One thing I would improve are the subscribe buttons. I have learned from doing landing pages that buttons are very important. They are a quick and easy way to improve conversions. Orange right now is a highly converting color for submission buttons. You probably see them all over the place.
