Site infected by virus but “they” said No!

With the above reasons, I think something went wrong and told hosting staffs and the manager that manage my site to check it and solve the problems, but they keep on told me – “No Problem with my site”, they don’t know how to solve my problems because there have no problem at their end. I have keep on email and chat with them, minimums 5 times, finally one told me A site infected by virus, B site ok; but another one told me B site have virus. The fact were A and B infected by virus, finally they start working after I forward Google warning mail to them.
Now they told me virus were gone, everything were cleaned, but when I visit my site the windows still hang, still have pop up, I inform them again, but they said already OK at their end… AGAIN, WTF, I already lost confident to them, I want to solve this problem my self:

• Please recommend me good software or company to solve this kind of problems.
• What are your suggestions to prevent the virus problems in the future?
• Of course the hosting staffs and the manager of my site not stupid, also not first time to solve the virus problem, but they still failed to noticed at the beginning and also failed to clean the virus completely at the end, other than their job attitude, are there have any others reason like have “Super Virus” in the industry?

I am sorry to hear that happened to you. Let me check around and see if there are some better more reliable software companies you can work with in the future.
