Firstly, don’t panic. They will pay you in the end. I suggest you call them on the phone and see if you can get it sorted out, although someone here at CAP may be able to intercede on your behalf.
They will pay you, never in doubt.
Give them a call, if you want I can PM you a phone number, and you can speak to any given affiliate manager there. They will be glad to help.
I also had a question lately and called them up 2 days ago and ended up chatting with the guy for 30mins about all kinds of things like promotions, the various products… this and that.
They are there to help, maybe a little overwhelmed at times but they WILL help you solve your problem.
We promote them in the deepest realms of our sites and not on any prominent spots but despite that I personally feel they are a good program (one problem – but that is true for all UK bookies/brands – affiliate managers change very very regularly – you build up a relationship and booom, they are gone)

I talked over with Craig who sent me to Tim, still no payment has been made, Tim sent me an email with some invalid reasons, I explained and still no email back. I think I am not being treated with good faith in this situation. And one year ago Ladbrokes affiliate programme was one of the best for me, support, payments in time, it had it all, I regreat it´s getting worst at a fast pace..

I did PM Yvette almost a month ago, I had no reply from her. Ladbrokes affiliate support this not reply me back too when I explained the problem.
This issue is really getting me upset, with the size Ladbrokes have on the market, it´s amazing how bad their affiliate section can be.
I really don´t know what to do with this..:Cry:

Did you call them as I recommended a while ago? That used to always work for me…
What is Ladbroke’s affiliate number?
I can’t find how to update my payment preference.
The site just says “No payment details available.”
Also, when do Ladbroke’s affiliates get paid?tomasilva & blackstone1 – have you both tried Andre Au?

I emailed Andre, but the site has different people listed as the affiliate managers.
Also, there’s no where on the site to input your affiliate payment preference. Most sittes give you options of Moneybookers, Neteller etc.
Has anyone been paid by Ladbrokes recently? Did they have any problems?
What payout methods were used?I called the numbr, but it just keeps ringing with no answer.
I am concerned because there is no contact and no information as to how and when the affiliate is supposed to be paid.Still no payment for the period. Ladbrokes doesn’t have a phone number for affiliates and its nearly impossible to find out when the affiliate will be paid.
I alerted someone from there to this thread…
