    Hi Inspiration,

    Wow! That makes no sense as to why your player would disappear from your stats. :tooconfus Hopefully, it’s just a glitch in the statistics. Unfortunately, since they are not a CAP Listed Program it might be a bit difficult to track them down, but either way I will do my best!

    We want to make sure that issues like this are resolved in a timely manner.

    thanks Yvette for your support, it is really hard to get a response from Starpartner by email. Have not seen Conrad on MSN lately and I also send him an offline message so he could see it asap.

    Unfortunately I have no print screen for July to let you see the maple player went from $3000 in winnings up to $11000 and then suddenly disappeared.

    For June I had over $500 in earnings and a high turnover for Maple casino but at the last day of the month the income number suddenly droppped thousands…and does not even match with the end result !!! ?? I think this is quite alarming. I hope my case is just an incident because now I do know what the H happened.

    May 2009 ………… as you can see the in/out numbers for Maple casino is not correct probably by the result of this missing player in the database records…:cappy:

    With $11000 in winnings I think this player at maplecasino is now in quarantine due to the new policy. Probably this explains why the maple stats are affected.

    1. If the player generates a negative net win in any given month and such a negative net is at least $10000 and the aggregate net win in that particular month for the affiliate is -$2000,
      then the high-roller policy will apply in full effect.
    2. If both measures are met (clause 1), then the negative net win generated by the player (high-roller) will be taken forth and compensated against future net win generated by the same player.
    3. The negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other players’ net win.

    5. If there is more than one (1) high-roller then the negative balance carried forth will be split proportionately among the players.

    Hi Inspiration,

    I have sent you an email regarding the stats, there was glitch but all earnings have now been accounted for.

    I would like point out that should any player be placed into quarantine all players will
    be visible in your account for any particular month. Your Maple stats didn’t add up
    although the profit was still clearly visible,this was due a glitch as Yvette mentioned
    earlier but this has been resolved.

    I must apologize to everyone for being hard to reach of late, our mail server was corrupted
    and I lost my entire mailbox and was without mail for nearly 5 days, all mails being sent to
    me would bounce and to top things off our internet was shutout so that we could run critical
    updates run on our servers, all my IM’s were down.

    We are however up and running again with the exception of our BES, so please feel free to
    contact me at anytime.

    I have asked a couple of questions such as where all my players have gone since the beginning 2007, no aswers yet.

    You must be running server updates 24/7/365 : never seen a program struggling with so many stats updates, in fact each month there is something with the stats reporting e.g. static numbers for days.

    Follow up on questions is at least very slow from Starpartner, if you get an aswer at all.

    What is wrong with that group ?

    I just want an explanation why 99% of all my players stopped playing.

    Besides that the winning player is no longer in quarantine because for Maple Casino I have a big negative again all of a sudden, I thought the balance of the winning player should be zero before transferring to the normal stats.

    I am not sure you’re posting this but you are aware that Tamara our Dutch Affiliate
    Manager has received your complaint and it currently addressing all of your concerns.

    Tamara and the team and currently reviewing all of your data over the past year and
    more both traffic and player histories to see what exactly is going on with your players.

    Please bear with them for just a while longer, I am certain that Tamara will be in touch
    with you shortly to provide you an update.

    Maybe I am not patient enough but regarding quick answers I am used to the speed of Casino Rewards.

    I do not get a response to my emails I sent only when I post on CAP they tell me they are working on it (promised me to send me a full report about tracking errors and why all my players vanished).

    I lost most of my players due to internal mistakes and wrong mapping of players.

    They told me a week ago the issue has been fixed ………. but is has not.

    Have not seen both Tamara and Conrad on MSN for days.

    It was my last attempt to get it sorted out.

    Now I finally realize why friends advised me to stop sending traffic.

    I will just do that and forget about them.

    Interesting thread, I also have lost every good depositing player over the last year. Wonder where they all have gone?
