voodoomanMemberRemember Arthur C. Clarkes classic sci-fi movie “2001 A Space Odyssey”? The space crafts on board computer was called HAL. What did HAL do? As in all good sci-fi movies he tried to take control of the ship.

arturs.vitolsMemberI was just going to note that. Cyberdyne is Terminator = bad robots. HAL is 2001 = bad robot. What is next, the IG-88 Update?

I don’t think this suit will take you over when strapped in. That wouls surely suck.. lol
I can’t wait for the jetpack version. oh yeah. Jetpacks are heavy for the operators to wear, and cannot go too far for too long because of the limited fuel. With a bot suit, the suit will bear the load.

Who says nerds DON’T have lives? I’m a bit of a nerd myself but I can still hang-out with the “boys” and scratch my nuts.

I think that might be the difference between a geek and a nerd:
A geek is a nerd with social skills

I would like to say this is gospel, however every time I try to tell the IT guys at work that I’m a geek, they tell me that I’m a nerd.
