Oh man. I feel sorry for you Dom.. Surely there has to be something you can do to counteract the smell…

Might be time to leave the bathroom door open

Lol Renee, that’s all I need… add another dimension to the scent. :)

Well, you get immune to it – unless you go out and come back in. It’s a nice day today though so I can open all windows and doors…

Thought this post was going to be about the party at the Mansion in Amsterdam. Smelled like a sewer.

Sorry to disappoint Schalkie.. Just another thread about “lady” stuff I guess…

Although it’s getting more and more interesting the more I think about Dom leaving her bathroom door open..

Actually Dom, I was shopping with my mother yesterday and we walked past some of those things and I told my mum that “one of my affiliates uses these and says the smell stays in the house for months!” – so she bought some for my grandmother for mother’s day :)

If only they had an affiliate program.

Lol, the heavy smell has lifted and it smells nice now.

These things are really nice. Different scents are good for different moods…

I love insense but we have central heating/air con at home and it goes through the whole house and my dad thinks the house is on fire so I dont really use it as much as I used to..

One of these might be good for the office though. There’s some stinky people here, and I’m not talking about me either :roflmao:

    Lol to both remarks!

This isn’t incense, it’s a reed diffuser. The scent travels through the reeds and gets released very gradually.

Yeah thats what I saw in the shop the other day… I actually didn’t know they existed until you posted about them, then I saw them. Much better than insense and you can use them in the office because they don’t burn :)

Any recommendations on the best scent?

    Cheers :)

Now we are getting into aroma therapy – and while you may not realize it instantly, and your visitors surely won’t know why they feel a certain way, it really works.

    1. Citrus Scent – Energy

    2. Lavender, Bergamot and Sandalwood Scent – Relaxation

    3. Citrus, Mint and Pine Scents – Uplifting, Clean

    4. Jasmine, Gardenia, Sandalwood, and Rose Scents – Romantic

    5. Seasonal Scents

Winter is Apple, Vanilla, Berry, and Pine.
Spring is Cucumber, Melon and Violet.
Summer is Citrus, Mango, Mint and Rose
    Fall is Cinnamon and Orange

And there are lots of mixed flower scents, often named after the corresponding season.

Hey Dominique, next time something like that happens you can boil up a white vinegar bottle until it dissapears, it will cut the smell. If not at least will be decreased.

Very important, close doors and get out of the room because the smell of boiled vinegar its worst than any other one LOL. This is my grand ma’s recipee.

It works also with powerful pet smells! :)

I still reckon you should leave the bathroom door open.. at least that way the smell would creep into there and keep it “fresh” LOL
