StarBucksSportsMemberMy opinion might seem biased (toward the program, as I am an AM), but I would suggest ending it. I can’t see this strategy being profitable for either you or the casino in the long run, so I don’t think it’s worth damaging your relationship with one of your partners.

InactiveIf your players are not playing and wagering (and losing?) at least the value of the CPA payment that you are receiving then what you are doing is definately going to end in tears. Thr affiliate manager will close your account eventually – or else he’s not doing his/her job.
Although you’ve tried to weasel around the situation, you are clearly stating that these players would not be playing unless you provided an incentive – and will probably not deposit again (as there is no incentive to do so).
The fact that you personally know some of these players as well just adds to the feeling of collusion and agreement to profit at the programs expense.
Casinos are in business to make money – not give it away.
Why do you think this gravy train will last?

RTRZCMemberTheGooner: The thing is, i dont know if the players that i refer is of “low quality” (I just said in the the previous post i was afraid of that), cause i cant see how much they deposit or how much they are wagering. The people i refer is nearly always poker/casino players, because they come to my Casino website (which they find on the related search terms), or, i market my bonus offers trough casino/poker communities. The friends i have referred is also poker/casino players, and i know a few of them liked some of the casinos and deposited a lot more. The casinos is also offering some good bonus offers, so they also attracted players before i started with “my own bonus”, but not just in the same amount, however they are excellent casinos.
Im not saying to the people to take part of my offer and just make an minimum deposit and then do whatever they want. Maybe some like the casinos and then decides to play more with their own money? I just wonder if the casino network will turn profit in the long end from my type of marketing method.
It would be nice to hear if someone else have market in the same way, and could describe their experience?

InactiveWell, at least I would say it’s a risky situation for both you and casino.
1. SITUATION
In the list of players you referred, it could be only one player that will deposit huge amount, and give the casino profit from your type of advertising and for all those players that haven’t redeposited.2. SITUATION
However, high possibilities are that low % of players will deposit again, and sooner or later, they will see that your CPA rate is not converting for them and they will see no profit from you. In the best scenario, they will probably put your account on RevShare. Otherwise, they could ban you from aff.program and not pay you.You said: the people i refer is nearly always poker/casino players, because they come to my Casino website (which they find on the related search terms), or, i market my bonus offers trough casino/poker communities.
I would also suggest you to quit this strategy, but if your visitors are targeted ones as you said above, you can keep to stimulate players but in other way. Put your plan RevShare and stay in touch with your players through communities. You can always offer them nice bonus from your side, but with RevShare plan you will have better control of who is playing, and who is only taking advantages of bonuses.
Hope this helps.
Greetings, :hattip:

InactiveThere are dozens of websites out there giving out incentives, whether it’s books, money, points, freerolls, chips, software etc. This is nothing new and poker rooms / casinos have always ignored it despite saying they don’t allow incentives. So.. as long as they don’t complain to you about the value of your players, and they pay you, ignore it.

Just to mention, Im not sending the money just to cover the minimum deposit, im sending more than that, however im afraid this people, (some of them my friends ) not will come back and play moore, and the casino network will close my account in the end?
This is unethical, even if you did not intentionally mean to cheat the casino. If you were to do something like this on revshare, you’d be fine – but for CPA deals this is outright cheating and considered as such by most if not all programs.

Gotta agree with Schalk here.. As an affiliate manager I would be terminating the deal pronto, after all a deal is supposed to benefit both parties.
