I like both as far as functionality goes, but I do favor Income Access myself since they have been around for a long time and I am more familiair with them.

I have worked on both sides of the industry fence throughout the last 9 years as an operator and affiliate, and in both circumstances have found Income Access to be terrific.

Their software is easy to navigate from an affiliate viewpoint and easy to integrate from an operator viewpoint, but far more importantly, they are a great team of people. Integrity is always assured and they are very proactive in achieving constant improvement.

They really do care about what they are doing and take pride in it. I’m happy to recommend them.

From an affiliate point of view, I much, much prefer NetRefer – everything is better organised, you can preview the creative more easily, the stats are more accessible. It’s just a better option, in my view.

Netrefer is an affiliate software like Income Access – it’s used by William Hill, Unibet Partners.

    Hi all,

it is difficult to favour any of the two, since both systems are very good and in many ways offer the same features and functionalities.

    Income Access:
Personally, I think they are really great people to work with, and they have been around for years. As you probably know they also offer access to an affiliate network besides their software. This means you always have a group of good and knowledgable people at your service, and we are talking about people who are champions of the Income Access software, so they normally know what they are talking about.

    Netrefer:
A great tool indeed, and they do offer some very nice features. I havent had the same share of personal contacts with them and their customer support as I’ve had with Income Access, so a bit harder for me to judge their service on this level. But looking at their software they are easy to work with.

I think you would in the best posititon if you try to master both of the systems and then evaluate for yourself.

    Cheers,

    Rasmus (BetBrain)
