It’s totally impossible to tell due to website traffic depending on dozens of variables.

I was just looking at the polls, and found one about traffic… average person said about 60 hits a day.
You are right though… Ill just have to put up my new content and wait and hope.

Polls are very helpful but in this case there is simply no answer to your question. A new website with 0 active link building will probably get a visitor once in a while. Another website buying traffic like yours will get more.. wish we could help but..

    Maybe I should elaborate…
right now, my site is a 1-page banner farm… does fine when I buy traffic…
But money is tight after tax season…
so I figure I should do things right.
Currently, my banner farm site actually gets about 5-8 Google/Yahoo hits a day, with just the banners and a brief description of each site.
But I am working on my new site, which should be about 10-15 pages of more proper descriptions/reviews.

So I am wondering if by having 10-15 pages of content, I will see a traffic increase over my current 1 page.

Also I am already indexed… anyone know how long it takes the spiders to index any new content? ( Ill check the seo forum also ):hattip:

Content is certainly a big factor for Google and the more fresh unique content the better but links and general seo is probably even more important. You should try and do both though, 10-15 pages is not really that much content. You should always try and put yourself in the mindset of the visitor too your site so in that case more good content is certainly a fine thing, it’s certainly something I would look for myself in any website. A banner farm website would probably put me off to be honest.

I personally believe that paid advertisement is short term gain you should incorporate SEO into your site. As others have mentioned content is a good way to boost traffic numbers also look at adding video content.
