First of all I know what a moderators role is and I was contacted by Renee via MSN since NO ONE here that day seemed to care about what was going on or did anything to control Gary’s behavior. Renee was very upset and my first post was appropriate.
Where were YOU or the super mods would have before I had to step in? It all could have been avoided if YOU would have been doing your job while you are trying to dictate rules and how stuff should be ran.
I come through here every half hour or so between 6 or 7 am and 5 or 6 pm every day as a minumum, including weekends. When threads explode, they can do so within minutes.
