DanmanMemberAwesome bonustreak. Guess you’ll have to hire out a yacht for her to practice on now…

BetsoftGamingMemberTom, she is heading down to Cancun on her luxury liner anyways. There is a big welcoming party planned for her arrival with streamers and cannons and stuff.
Fair play to baby bonustreak and I am sure she will have a great and rewarding time. I’ll wish her all the best in Mexico. :cappy:March 17, 2009 at 11:08 am #797180

InactiveChris,
I for one can understand what you are feeling inside. My son at 19 signed up for the air force and i was numb. I was glad he found a direction in life for himself, that would be rewarding a career building, and got away for all the negative things going on in life now, but at the same time i was heart broke that he was leaving, and during war time made it even worse.
But he has made it through 2 tours of duty in iraq, thank god, and is coming home this month, and now he has already bought a home in Vegas, found his mate for life..i hope, and has a career in front of him, and i couldn’t be prouder. I wish the same for your daughter, and with any luck, war time will be over and done with by the time the first year goes by of her serving so she will not have to worry about any of that crap, she will get to see the world, and come out with a great head on her shoulders and a life time of knowledge and a brotherhood of friendships that will last forever.
I wish her all the best, and as a mom, i will always be around if you need to talk.
Pat
