Impossible to get paid – Strange answers from Customer Service

Hello to everyone and thanks for the forum.
I was looking on the internet information about this affiliate program, because I’m having a lot of issues to get paid and I found you:)
I work with several affiliate programs and that’s the first time I’m having so many problems.
That’s the story..
I started to promote betfair in november, and I should have received my first payment in december. The affiliate manager through the website mail system wrote me that the payment were late that month, and then that for a system error my december payment would have been skipped to january.
Jan 22 they sent me an email that the payment was done, the affiliate manager wrote me that in 5 days I would have received the wire transfer.
I did not received the payment so around JAN 30th I asked for more information, for the CRO number of the wire transfer. Since that date, and after at least 5 email, I’m still waiting for this CRO number, and every time the answer is that she’s still waiting from the payment department to know this CRO number.
Meanwhile feb 18th I received another email confirming me that the new payment was done. Of course I did not received this payment either. And I did not receive any CRO number.

I can understand a problem with 1 payment, but with every payment it is really strange.
So Feb 24th I wrote directly to the “Sports Affiliates email” in the contact us section of the website, and after other 5 email in which he was apologize for the problems and trying to communicate with the Account Payable Team, Today I received this message:
“

I have been told the payments were returned. Accounts payable have said they will go in the next pay run, which is next week.:p>:p> “

As I said that’s the first time I’m having so many problems with an affiliate program, but I’m reading that other people had similar problem to receive a payment too.
It is from december that I’m waiting to receive a first payment from this company, and now the total they owe me is more than 500€.

I Hope some Affiliate Manager who read this forum are willing to solve this problem, because the responses I’m having from the affiliate support from Betfair hasn’t been helpful at all. Thanks..
