February 28, 2009 at 8:14 pm #796254AnonymousInactiveI like this new system so much more than the last. It’s faster as well. I’m going to give them some great exposure for sure as they have the best player retention that I’ve seen.
Thanks VA! :cappy:

Hi Magyck0ne,
You do not have to change any tracking links. You can continue using the links that previous system provided you with. The new system has a different tracking link structure, but rest assured the new system also tracks the affiliate links that were rendered from the previous system.
Thanks.

Could you please be a bit more specific about the reports you are comparing to and the time periods you ran the reports for. Please drop me an email at info@vegasaffiliates.com with your affiliate login and the reports in question and i’ll have a look at them.
Thanks.

Hi,
Can you please write to info@vegasaffiliates.com with your affiliate id and the duration you are looking at which gives you the negative commission. I’m sure it must have been some glitch.
Thanks.
