    I had similar problems and couldn’t get answers to various emails and messages I sent.

    In the end I moved over to Virgin, despite the lower revenue share, much better service…

    Dont take it personally, Cashcade are rubbish at getting back to you on most things.

    try sc at cashcade dot com – he’s the main man and actually does tend to reply.
