InactiveWhat I dont understand from people who dont believe in global warming is why would they want all those cancer causing pollutants released in the air regardless?
Even if a person doesn’t believe in cancer why is it bad to want clean air? Sorry if that sounds like a dumb question I am honestly confused.

InactiveNot su much about clean air as it is about spending trillions of tax dollars on manufactured fear.
Hell I will take clean air, just dont tell me i need to pay for it or I will die in ten years.

InactiveA friend of mine told me a couple of weeks ago that she saw a docco on tele that they fear they may have gotten global warming wrong, and that the earth was actually cooling down… Anyone else hear this?

Inactiveyeah I heard that as well, but it wont be in the media. Also the ice caps are growing at a fast rate now, but all you hear is they are melting still.

voodoomanMemberI think that the increase in hurricane numbers and strength is a sign that Global Warming is in fact happening.
Tornadoes in South Africa were unheard of yet they are becoming more frequent. Storms along our coast lines resulting in greater flooding of coastal areas. Inland areas becoming drier and drier.
It’s either global warming or a massive climate shift and imo. that’s the same thing. :nervous:

Inactiveclimates been changing for billions of years. And we used to have 200X the amount of Co2 in the atmosphere. The fact they say anything bad is caused by Carbon (330 parts per million) is ludicrus and simple fear mongering for cash.

Yes, the Earth’s atmosphere used to have 200x the amount of CO2, but that was well before human life could tolerate the conditions here. And is the whole carbon-protectionism thing (over which the EU is crazily gaga, as though a miracle band-aid for cancer) really *simple* fearmongering? There’s nothing simple about the propaganda campaign (not to mention the Clintons’ secret buddies in green-tech) in place so that certain interests stay in power.
Peace,

InactiveHmmm so are they also faking the data for the coral reefs bleaching? That would be expensive paying off all those recreational divers.
