The Programs certainly CAN and SHOULD do something about content theft.
All they have to do to stop it is to take the monetary incentive away by NOT PAYING CONTENT THIEVES.
I’ll see if my contact can help you with this. This is not cool and he helped me get paid on a deal from 2006 so IMO he does care about us affiliates.

After my first post i was contacted by Cpays, and they told me, that the Cpays live support gave me a wrong answer at first. They do not accept content stealing, and they are working on the case.
Mate i have managed to get the content pulled, in fact the whole site has been pulled…
