This industry is worth billions each and every year,so bring order to it and squeeze the crooks out of it!
Let players online play legally without fear of prosecution and protect everyone by regulating the industry to ensure that no one is ever cheated (including affiliates). This is win/win for all of us!Support our industry and put weight behind calls for the coming president to strike down the unpopular UIGEA on Obama’s suggestion website:

I’d write a comment myself if I could, is it only for US citizens? Good post though and hope things can change now that sanity has retuned to US politics.

InactiveWill Obama’s halting of all Bush midnight directives help prevent UIGEA from being formally enacted, or did that one already make it through ????

InactiveFound this and thought it was interesting! Looks like more folks are affected by UIGEA and they are not happy.
The comments are very interesting.
NH Lottery: Sales blocked, law blamed
By DAN TUOHY
New Hampshire Union Leader
Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009The New Hampshire Lottery Commission reports that major credit cards are blocking some online subscription ticket sales.
“We could end up losing some significant revenue from this,” Executive Director Rick Wisler said. “It can amount to a million dollars a year or more to the Lottery if credit cards are not allowed.”
The problem is isolated to credit and debit card purchases of the popular Powerball and Tri-State Megabucks lottery game subscriptions, which players can buy through the state’s Web site: NHLottery.com.

InactiveI think it’s a good thing. The more problems exposed due to UIGEA the better!
It’s unfortunate, but necessary. I”m still upset at how they sneaked the bill in in the first place!
