I haven’t heard of any player abuse by Pantasia.
My only negative about them is their inconsistent & often late payment of affy earnings.
Supposed to be by the 15th of the month latest; so far this year, pay received on these days of the month:-
14, 18, 14, 21, 16, 23, 27, 16, 8, 13, 24KK
No negatives here, and regular payments are much the exception in these times, so as long as they pay within a reasonable timeframe I’m ok.
Pantasia is by far the best rival program we have ever worked with ,their earnings are most months 10x -20x higher than the other rival groups so their player retention is above the bar.Payments are sometimes late but always paid by month end just like coins and revenue giants.Sure it is pain sometimes but could be alot worst.James is probably off for Christmas holiday or I am sure he would have contacted you to help with your banners.

Well I’m comfortable now.
I can live with my own mistreatment. Not so much with my players.
