IS ANY BODY ALS HAVE THIS PROBLOM THAT NO MOVMENT OF PLAYERS AT ALL SINCE LAST FRIDAY,IT SIMPLY DEAD WE ARE AT THE SAME PLAYERES IJUST NEED TO ASK IF ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLOM?IT SIMPLY FROZZ ON TIME!OR THAT THE USA BLOCKING IS THE CASE,I THINK MICROGAMING NEED TO THINK AGAIN ON THIS ACTION IT IS KILING US HERE!:flush:

Same here! And today stats are off-line! It seems a DB connection error!

The same here, two days DB connection error

well it seems that the stat reports are dead for 2 days now no one thar know of this?conrad someon can you fix it?and what abut payments bank wire did not want out yet? what is wrong this month?all gone wrong i hope you do fix it soon and not wait for monday!!is any one have this problom ?if so post here so we can all know of it!!!

My apologies for not being able to respond over the weekend, I was moving
and couldn’t connect.The reporting has been down due to the breach in security that we had.
All connections into the database were severed so that our tech team could
tighten up the security and remove any possibility of anyone expoliting our
databases.We have change the way in which affiliates connect to our database, in the
past it was via a standard http connection but in the next couple of days
this will be changes to https, a secure connection.The reports should be up and running this morning, we are still in the process
of checking that all of the update feeds have run successfully, it shouldn’t tale
to long for the stats to be functioning at 100% again.Still problems with links, eg. right now I’m getting this :

What about affiliate payments, I still haven’t received mine for December
I gave our finance team the correct details.
