    laws on the books against playing online poker that specifically penalize the player with C-class felony punitive measures the equivalent of those for child molestation and rape

    there is something inherently wrong with that. its ok if you play poker at home with friends, but if you play online then you’ld be committing a similar crime to child molestation and rape? WTF
