Thanks again for bringing this up, please have faith that I’m on this and doing my upmost to find a solution for you. Even though this problem seems to be an isolated problem we of course are treating this as a priority.

I am also based in South Africa and was having the same problem, and my I.T guy somehow managed to create a proxy through our own server and mozilla. ( A straight proxy also didn’t work ) but somehow he got it right and now I can cruise through all the pages instantly.
Elliott has assured me that he is onto Rival about this to try and get it sorted but in the mean time perhaps we could do this as a quick fix .
The offer goes out to all South Africans who cannot access the stats – just pm me so that I can get him to set it up for you. Don’t worry – it doesn’t give us access into your stats or anything – we just give you access on our server.
It also then allows you to get into all of the other rival gaming programs too.
I am not sure if it would also work for the guy in Alabama but there is no harm in trying.

Obviously it is for free in case some one thought I was trying to make a quick buck

Thanks for all your assistance, and sorry for being a pain in the arse. At last I can access my account. Hope Rival can sort the problem out soon.

What is Rivals solution to the problem. Are they taking this seriously? It’s been two weeks since I reported this problem.
I can’t always rely on other peoples generosity to gain access to my account.
Edit: This is a definite Rival problem as I have just signed up with 400Affiliates and am experiencing the same problem.
