ClubContMemberI have never heard of it. If you could email Liane she can get this sorted out for you and I will pm you her email. I would do it myself but I’m flying out for CAP Oz tomorrow and I’m going to be offline for 24 hours.

InactiveJohn,
I will definitely send an email because I would love to get this sorted out. Like I said, I learned to deal with it as far as checking stats but tonight at 400 when trying to get new banners for all the casinos, it was very frustrating. I got through 2 and gave up until tomorrow for the other 2. It isn’t just 400 but all Rivals. The reason I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this is I’m trying to figure out if it is a system or browser problem.

voodoomanMemberI’m having similar problems with Absolute Slots affiliate program. Login and click on a link the page reloads to the same page. After a few clicks on different links I am automatically logged out.
Contacted the aff manager and he said he would look into the matter. No news yet.

InactiveThis is what I received which doesn’t help me at all but thanks to John for having someone look into this. As I said this problem is only at Rival programs and it is at all Rival programs. I guess I have to keep logging in and getting locked out. I hope this can be sorted in the future.
The tech support team thinks this could be a ISP issue. If your ISP
changes IP addresses in instead of maintaining the same IP per user per
session, it would result in your affiliate session expiring or become
invalid at random intervals.
Let me know if this information has helped you. -
