vladcizsolMemberI loved having Tila at our shows and was very hopeful this casino would prosper. Somehow it just never seemed to get out of the blocks.

InactiveTheir site hasn’t been available for several weeks, I also tried to contact them, but they didn’t reply to my emails.
I started promoting Tila only because it’s a CM accredited casino. Today I made a post there, I hope TilaCasino representative will reply to me.November 12, 2008 at 10:25 am #786597Anonymous

FortuneRiverMemberHello Everyone,
We would like to extend our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the downtime of tilacash.com, where Tila Affiliates can’t normally login to check their stats.
Tila Cash is back and we ensure to provide the best service for our affiliates.
In addition, there’s no need to worry about the statistics at the backend. We upgraded the internal system and rest assured that it won’t affect the affiliates’ stats.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. You may send an email to [email protected] and I will reply your email as soon as possible.
Best Regards,

InactiveHi Kevin,
Thank you for letting us know!Yesterday I get information that Tila gambling properties are currently owned by AsianLogic Ltd (and not by Resume Investments Ltd).
Please, can you confirm that?November 25, 2008 at 9:52 pm #788298Anonymous
InactiveWhy were affiliates not informed of the problem? To most people, it looked like the affiliate program had closed.
I doubt I’ll put any effort into promoting this brand, I’m afraid.

vladcizsolMemberYou know, that’s the biggest cause of complaints of disgruntled affiliates. Failure to communicate or keep people informed prior to a change.

Resume investments is a subsidiary of Asian Logic (which is this AIM listed company ALL) so they are one and the same, apologies for any confusion.
The affiliates were not informed of these problems due to some staffing changes and internal changes, this in no means makes up for this lack of communication but I sincerely hope that this will resolve these kind of problems going forward.
