Does that refer to overall or per month?

I think it’s overall, which is a step in the right direction, considering the previous 5 active players/month requirement.

    Agreed.

I negotiated an agreement very similar to the new term before I joined this affiliate program – as I did NOT believe that I would always generate new players outside of the football season.

So far I have found Scott and bookmaker.com very straight up in their dealings, with good reporting and timely payments.

I don’t see the 10 players lifetime clause as a major hurdle.

Can you elaborate on what you were able to get them to do for you? Anything about the number of players wagering per week during the offseason?

Personally, I was trying to get them to erase a simple 1k neg and they told me no go. Bookmaker seems (for me at least) to have a below average depo and retention. I signed up 35 in about 4 months last year. I went up by $200 (I didnt know I had to write them to withdraw the 200 into my players acct) so it stayed there then next month went down by 300 and then 1000 where its basically stayed. So it looks to me as if they just keep $$ in the account until eventually it will go down and you make 0. I promoted them for over 9 months and made $0.

That along with other sketchy stuff, I decided to dump them.

    1. Problem they had with Tribrun on cap
    2. The Joe ” Factman” Apriacena stunt they pulled
Two years ago they “Allegedly” had a million $ bet with
this Joe guy who runs sportsforumpicks.com . It was an on going baseball
bet. 1/2 way through the season Joe lost 1 million “allegedly” although
no one can prove anything. Most in the Sports handicapping community
thought it was just a cheap PR stunt. In fact, it went over so well they
decided to do it again this year for NFL. The Afforemention PR stunt.
    3. Guy did research and found out Sportsforumpicks is on the same servers as
Bookmaker. Thus confirming the cheap PR stunt.

Scott seems to be a nice guy, but watch Bookmakers ethics. My opinion only

Wow, thanks for that info John :hattip:

I have had success with 5Dimes, Diamond Sportsbook, Bodog (although recently payouts to players are a problem), Wagerweb.

    Interesting – but not conclusive.

Research harder and you’ll find a lot of Costa Rica outfits and forums (including Sportbooksreview.com) are ALL running out of the same data centre down there or at least are sharing routing equipment.

I recently had a blocked IP issue (due to a DDOS attack on some of these CR bookies – they blocked a lot of exotic IPs). It affected a lot of books and forums almost unilaterally. I was locked out of them all unless I used a proxy.

I contacted one program and got my IP range cleared – and suddenly I could access them all again – so there is a lot of common infrastructure down there.
