Lotto-RadarMemberMy regular bed time goes from 11pm to 6am, taking into consideration that sometimes internet keeps me up until 1, therefore is only 5 hrs of sleep, plus a baby who wakes up any moment. The fact is that those few hrs of sleep are not straight sleep and I do not get proper rest. Weekend is generally when I recharge my batteries. I think at the end your body gets use to it.
How are you feeling from your “sport injury”? :wink-wink

InactiveWhen I first started this business I had a crazy schedule. I would be awake for about 30 hours and then sleep for 15 hours. So basically I had no set bed time.
Now i sleep 8-10 unless i pull an all nighter then its 8-15 hours.
I once pulled 2 all nighters in a row and i slept 28 hours straight. It was weird I woke up, looked at the alarm clock and figured that I felt really refreshed for having only slept 4 hours.
I cant imagine how long I would sleep if I actually drank or got stoned once in a while.

InactiveWell it’s 3:20 am on Sunday Morning for me and I’ve been up for an hour because I laid down at 8pm so now I can’t sleep.
Normaly I go to bed around 11pm and get up at 6am. I used to take a nap around 3pm, but that habit somehow dissapeared.
I like working in the middle of the night because there is no one interrupting me. I just hope I can get some more sleep before 11pm tonight. hehe

aaronsmithMemberI normally get 8 hours sleep but a couple of weeks ago I was going to bed at 5 and getting up at 1 or 2 each day as I find in the middle of the night I work best.

gamingtranslationMemberI’m lucky to get 8 hours sleep, because even when my eyes are closed, there’s a ghost in the machine! :roflmao:

StarBucksSportsMemberAnywhere between 5 – 7 hours, and on weekends less than that. Yes, I sometimes do feel like a zombie, but I think that has more to do with my craving for braaaiiins…

ZlzmbmaxMemberWhy, thank you Gam…

keep it to yourself, but sleeping is what I do at work, cause when I get home…, that’s when the work starts!
