Honestly, I don’t think it makes a difference.

Thing of the numbers of book names, music record names, paint colour names, (etc) and you’ll see many many repeats.

Moolah is a slightly obscure term for money, and I would have thought it was OK to reuse.

I certainly don’t think that the first person to use words like cash, dollar, million or whatever in their game name has a right to effectively ™ the word?

Oh .. I’ve just thought of a better example – domain names.
How many near repeats do we see there?
