AndnorMemberHi,
Ive been to Barcelona a few times and i know that you can come across some pretty bad, small and out of date hotel rooms if you are not familiar with the hotel.
The best hotel i’ve stayed at in Barca is Hotel Amrey.
It’s a 5 star hotel in a great location.
I booked through travelnow.com and got a room rate of just $147 compared to the 293 euros they want if you book directly on the hotels website.
See you at CAPAugust 14, 2008 at 8:50 pm #775637Anonymous
InactiveI’m staying at the AC Victoria Suites, which is a quick walk to the conference hotel.

InactiveOh yes.. this was my first option… unfortunatly there is one day in my 5-6 day trip unavailibe, so I can’t book anymore.. This is also why I’m still looking (and perhaps hoping somebody will cancel reservations.

InactiveI’ll be at the AC Suites, now that everyone is fleeing the engineer, he can now flee from me.
BTW thanks Dave, it looks like quite a nice room and closer than my original plan.
